Oil in the Southern North Sea

In December 2019 ONE Dyas announced the discovery of oil and gas at their Ossian Darach well in the UK sector of the Southern North Sea - an area better known for it's gas reserves.

This video describes the discovery and other occurrences of oil and gas in the Permian Zechstein carbonates in the Southern Permian Basin.
